Bad! Bad! Bad! Service. Had to wait for cashier to finish her gossip. 10 minutes! Did not apologize forr her rudeness.  Had to help customer load his building materials while Lowe's employees watch. Dread going to this store employees are lazy and rude. This store has always been that away for years. Don't complain to corporate, nothing will happen!!!

What this place needs is a Home Depot put in Hot Springs so they have to step up their service. I absolutely hate having to deal with this Lowes. It's almost impossible to get anything done in a timely matter, from ordering to pickup. I can't count the times I've been transferred from one department to another, been on hold for long periods, stood around the store for an hour or more waiting for an order to be brought out. I've never dealt with a business where I've asked myself more "does anyone here know what they are doing?" We've done a remodel on a very large house and spent a lot of money here, I would have rather driven out of my way to do business somewhere else and get all the lost time back.

The smallest parking spaces in hot springs lay upon the asphalt at this Lowe's. Of all places that needs large spots for trucks, it's here!! Lol

Great customer service. Went in, found everything we needed in about fifteen minutes, and were on the way home in twenty. Very easy to find what you need, I highly recommend Lowe's for any activity involving work.
