We've used this UPS Store on a few occasions.  First to take advantage of the notary.  Its great to have this service available during store hours.  Because when you need your really need it.  The other times we've used this location for standard packaging and shipping.  The service is very professional and the packaging exceeded our expectations.  The cost was a let down I would consider their prices to be very high by comparison to other available service.  But convenience does come at a cost, just want them to be more reasonable so they can be use more often.

Karish? Little  Muslims man  and David helped me last week return a flat screen that was damaged at no cost. But when I received a replacement that also was by ups. It was broken in the same exact place. When I went to return it they told me it would be 5 bucks to print a single piece of paper... I explained and provided a receipt for my previous return. That showed no cost they told me that I would have.to pay the charge or would not process my return. Unprofessional at a minimum and disrespect for the community that allows them to operate a business in this great town. No one should treat customers like they're second. Class citizens when karish probably isn't one. I use print services for my professional needs. And have never heard of such price gouging to return a package or even print on black and white page. Do your community a service and boycott this thorn of big business from operating in such a fashion. As reviews show they have had many instances where they abuse customers need of service from what's supposed to be a reputable logistics company. I was told " were just a franchise " so let's let these guys franchise a lemonade stand in someone else's town. Ups should he ashamed to have franchisees doing this with the name we trust globally.

A rip off. I mailed two packages, one was 4 lbs the other 6.70 lbs and the total cost came to $47.56. When I questioned why so much the sales clerk said one box was priced by box size. The size box was approx. 18x13x12 and I was charged the rate for 17 lbs. The other box was approx. 18x13x5 and was charged at the 4 lb rate. When I got home I went to the USPS website and calculated their postage and even with the oversized box it would have only cost me $31.17. I will never ever ship UPS store again they are way OVER PRICED. Run don't walk to your nearest US Post Office.

"Marie, we appreciate your concern and are Sorry about your experience at the store. UPS and all Private Couriers besides the United States Post Office rate their packages based on dimensional weight ( combination of size, weight and zip code) to determine shipping prices. In your case the package had A fuel Surcharge along with the dimensional weight which applied. We are sorry you feel this way. We would like to welcome you back to our store for 1 FREE Shipment on behalf of the store so we can show the true customer service excellence and Logistics Excellence that UPS prides themselves upon."

Your attempt to wash over the facts doesn't fool me one bit. I will never ship anything from your store NOT EVEN FOR FREE. My motto in life " You only get one chance to make a good first impression" you and your store failed miserably.

This review is not for this office. Is the first time I use the service so I called to get info. Their spanish customer service department sucks! I squeduled a pick up for my package today between 10am-12pm I called at 12 to check why they haven’t picked up yet and they lady who answered me was so disrespectful. The guy who came later was nice, he was asking me for a shipment number. 🙄 They didn’t give it to me when I squedule it. I called again to get the number. So far I don’t know how their service works...

These Guys are beyond amazing.Customer Service is a word that is defined buy this stores employees. David is mgr and they have 2 other guys. I believe short Indian fellow who coordinated by pickup and other gentleman. They came to my residence, picked up, took items to their store and pack and ship, once it arrived they even call me day of to make sure I was home. Since it was a week and many things going on I had forgot so when I reach home I get call from freight company that we are delivering your items. the love and care behind service is appreciated. Priced very fair and true gentleman. God Bless
