I found that Shay from Lowes, was exceptionally helpful in my purchase of floor tiles. He helped me to find everything I had on my checklist for my project. He also went above and beyond helping me find items that were not in his department. Lowe's please give Shay a large bonus, he deserves it! Shay thank you so very much for all of your help. Bonnie

My most recent experience with Lowe's has been great! Customers service reps were helpful. Sales rep in appliances who helped me with purchasing my new dryer was helpful. If he didn't know the answer, he went out of his way to find it for me.

I went to LOWES Queensbury today to price out an entry door to our home. My wife asked if there were any options for the door and the employee, Ed (Mcarthy ?), was horribly rude. He replied in an extremely exaggerated and condescending voice: "Well, uh YEAH!" If I wasn't in a state of shock and our five year old wasn't there I would have been tempted to punch him in the face. Needless to say we then went to Home Depot, got a better price from a nicer employee and will be buying a door from them instead.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Putting in a new hot water heater and Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our cashier was upbeat and friendly.

The guy was very nice, but not true to his word. I bought a few dead-bolts for my home and wanted one key for all four of them. A man told me that it would take a lengthy amount of time until it would be done. So he wrote my name and number down and said I could expect them to call me in an hour. I'm at the end of my day now and still waiting for that call. Like I said, the guy was nice, but his prediction was wrong and my expectations disappointed.
