I always enjoy going to Lowes. The cleanliness and the knowledgeable employees are the reason I choose Lowes over competitors. My visit today was not my usual experience. The appliance department was overwhelmed, with only 2 employees the demand for their time was unreasonably long. I'm sure you lost sales on big ticket items because I was interested in buying a Samsung dryer to match my Samsung washer. The other departments seem Un willing to assist even answer questions.

On-line items were shown for that store and what isle I could find it but when I got there, The items were not available .a wasted drive.

Poor customer service. They constantly hangup your phone call if they think that you are a trouble. The delivery is also a mess, some product (2 blind shades) can even be broken. Good thing is that they agree to order the two again. However, 2 weeks later, when they arrive, one of the shade has the width and height in wrong order. Now, we have to wait 2 weeks again.

Very bad customer service. I took a rose plant for return without receipt and there are two people who argued with me for about 15 min that they won't take it back without receipt even though i asked for store credit. Where lowes promote and promise that with in year, if plant died full refund will be given. I went to return the plant based on this promise as i bought and told by lowes team at the time of purchase. After long debate i called manger and he came and check it and issued me refund with store credit in 2 min.. Crazy Stafff
