Loosely managed since Dan left and the person in paint named Shirley has a poor attitude and cares nothing of customer satisfaction it's still a Lowe's so if you stick to your guns its still a fine place to shop with other wonderful employees

Customer Service was great. Helped us alot. We found what I was looking for a refrigerator. My grandsons when out. Set-up for a delivery to his home. Had a very good experience with all employees at my Lowe's store.

No one can tell you where anything is. I asked for a fire pit cover. After asking 2 people we were told that if they had any at all they'd be on ile 23/24... Which is patio furniture. Later we found them ourselves 5 iles over from that. When we walked up to the register the employee and manager were talking and continued their conversation while we were attempting to check out. Also, couldn't provide a gift receipt. All around poor customer service.

I don't know where these customers leaving good reviews went to shop, but it obviously was not this Lowes?? If you are thinking about coming to this store you need to turn your car around and just drive to Jonesboro. This store is BAD, customer service, manager, everything. I have never had a good experience here and the last time I was there I had to flag down an employee (after waiting for 30 mins) to cut some window blinds for me. Just to find out that the blind machine was broken. Never again.
