Lowes employees are for the most part, friendly, but in my case, seem impossible to find when you need help, or if I' m lucky enough to find one it's not their department or they are busy with other customers and there is a line of customers waiting for assistance. Lowes lumber, unless you are buying the top dollar selection, is usually so crooked and/or has so many knots in it, it's a joke. You may spend 20+ minutes just looking for a few acceptable boards. I prefer shopping Home Depot for lumber and for anything else I have questions about.

Ordered a swing set for my kids and was told it would be in and installed on certain. No follow up and no show. Sub contractors should be held accountable for their lack of communication. Wasn't even offer anything for the inconvenience that my kids had a party and were disappointed that their swing set was there.

Well to begin the attitude that you receive at the service desk is a bunch of BS!!! I spend alot of money here as i do ALOT of home repair/remodel but THAT WILL STOP as of today,so stephanie and her cocky little sidekick can take place of the money spent between me and my clients THANKS FOR NOTHING.....
