Nobody ever seems to know what's going on and when you call Sprint, they say go back to store then store tells you to call Sprint...endless runaround, very frustrating!! Even the district manager won't return my calls and emails now. I just want to know why my bill is higher than they said it would be and get it fixed, and get phones that actually work properly. Been with them for years and never had problems like this before, very disheartening.

Horrible experience with this Sprint store that I am still dealing with months later. Phones were dropped off at this store to be sent to Sprint's warehouse. Employees at this location insisted that no documentation was available or needed. Thankfully I called customer care to have them confirm over the phone. Find out months later that the phones were lost in translation from the moment we dropped them off at this location. Charged my account over $1,000 and required weeks of long frustrating phone calls to receive a refund. Now random "billing corrections" keep appearing on my account months later that require more frustrating phone calls. All stems from the ineptitude of the employees at this location.

Switched under the premise that we would receive a visa in the amount of our termination fees as long as we brought our last bill to the store. 2 months and 4 trips to the store later, sprint customer service just said it was never submitted and the 60 day window has past, no longer eligible to get it. Out $200. Reception sucks, going back to Verizon as soon as I can.

Went to Wireless Works in Uniontown for a repair and was told that because I didn't have insurance, that I'd have to pay a $35 fee, even though my phone was still under warranty. It was either that or wait two weeks for Blackberry to send me a new phone. I agreed to pay the fee. The repair took 6 days ( I was told it'd be 1 day). I went in to pick it up (after they ignored my calls for almost a week) and told the girl working that Sprint agreed to waive the $35 fee. She sighed, rolled her eyes and said, "that's OK, it'll just come out of my paycheck, then!". What? I was stunned. Who talks to people like this? She then told me how I'm "making money" on the deal because Sprint is giving me a credit and she's not charging me...I told I'd pay the fee, if this is how it's supposed to work and she actually REFUSED to take my money. And then continued to tell me how it'll come out of her paycheck and how that's OK...OMG! AND just as I was about to ask for her manager, I looked at her nametag, and SHE WAS THE MANAGER!! Stay away from this place!!!!!!!
