Lowe's has always been a store that I've considered a great place to shop. After ordering a secure storm door at this location my complete thought process has totally changed. I live in walking distance to a Home Depot but thought I would give Lowe's a chance in East Point, GA, HUGE MISTAKE. I've been in customer service most of my adult life and I have to say I'm so extremely disappointed at the low level of service or should I say "No Service" that this store location provides. After being placed on hold and disconnected multiple times etc., had to call the corporate office for a resolution. It's unfortunate that I had to contact the corporate office in North Carolina to try and resolve a challenge right here in Atlanta. Lesson learned, Lowe's in East Point is NOT the place to shop if you need any kind of help, you simply won't receive it. I"m amazed at the lack of concern demonstrated by the employees that represent Lowe's at this location.

My visit to Lowes was the best due to one person Roderick in sinks, showers and toilets. This young man goes above and beyond to help all customers in the store he is EXCELLENT. Thank you for employing such a smart unique young man I will return because of him and I am not a Home Depot person. Sincerely Cynthia

I placed an order and it took a while to get the toilets. Someone had restocked them. The guy was very helpful once he retrieved them.

TERRIBLE customer service! Waited in Tool World section for FORTY-FIVE MINUTES on assistance! Assistance that, even though called twice, would never arrive! Worst customer experience I have EVER had in a hardware store in my ENTIRE LIFE! And that's saying something cause I'm 53 years old!
