April was wonderful. She worked with us in order to make sure we were satisfied with product we were purchasing. She was polite and patient with our many questions. She was polite to those customers waiting for her, explaining that she would be with them after she finished working with us, interacting with everyone needing help while making us feel we were her only priority at that time. Pretty decent Lowe’s store. Friendly associates and helpful. Lowes as a corporation has room to improve but this store is one of the better ones.

Lowe's associate guided me to the wood I needed for my outside project. Paid for the materials with ease. But I do have one problem that irritates me. When you have a debit card that operates as a debit and​ a credit card your system will not let you use the credit option. I do not use my card as a debit card. Other stores take the debit card as a credit but not Loews.

I needed a water heater. Completely unexpected expense. I applied for and received a credit card. Went to the store and purchased the water heater. The location I have to put the water heater in is small, so it had to be a special order. I waited over 2 weeks for the water heater, just to get one that is beat up. There were 4 places on the water heater that was damaged. The plummer suggested we return it because it was so badly damaged. We did that. It was so upsetting that not once did someone say that they were sorry. They blamed the carrier for they damage. The guy in the plumbing department said that the box was badly beaten up when he brought it to the front. To add insult to injury I had to pay more for the new water heater, because they would not let me return it without buying the new one first. I got a 5% discount on the first water heater, but had to pay the full price for the second one, because I could not use the Lowes's credit card the second time. I paid for their mess up. They were the worse. They never apologized, never took responsibility, and treated me (the customer) like its my fault, because my credit card limit was not higher. I will check this water heater out before it leaves the store. Thanks to David (assistant manager) for making me seem like a low life. Two week with no hot water makes you annoyed, guess I'm wait two plus more.

The worse 4 the time.they don't have the online orders ready. Make me waisted 2 hrs picking up material with super lazy staff. I'm so mad they keep being so irresponsible. They do they call and say that everything is ready and I get there and they haven't pull anything out.
