Employees are well informed on products and there location. Store is always clean and well stocked. I like using their credit card. That way in case I loose a receipt it is on record with no hassle with a return.

So helpful and customer oriented. Helped before i had to ask. Great stock. Very friendly. Landed here after 3 staff in home depot and a store manager couldn't access kitchen cabinet information. This was after we had person paged and still had to ask staff to help. I will never go to home depot again.

Out of all the Lowe's I've been to ,this is the most convenient 1 for me. It's very rarely crowded, always clean, and very well stocked. Pro desk is nice, staff is helpful.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order on June 24th it just came in September 12th I waited 2 days to pick it up they give me something other than I ordered and told me this is what I was here to pick up but it was not. Decided to call customer support team they got the manager involved she talked to me like a dog but luckily I had customer service on the line and I recorded the whole conversation. Buyer beware. Update I was also charged for two items that I never left the store with. :

Terrible customer service. Terribly understaffed all the time. H.d. is much better but some things are store specific.
