We picked out our fresh cut tree. Couldn’t find anyone to net and cut it. Our cashier (who was very friendly!) paged for an associate, the associate went back to the garden center with our tree and us in tow. He laid it on the netting table and literally vanished. We waited there for 30 minutes he never showed up. Another family was waiting as well. So my husband and the other families males netted our tree and trimmed it (with the chainsaw laying there) as well as ours! Very dissatisfied!

I just walked out of this Lowe’s in Lubbock. And at least three teenage young man greeted me asked me if I needed help and were very kind and polite. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant visit. We were assisted almost immediately. Everyone was very courteous and helped us with what we needed.

Easy to find what you need but customer service is lacking... Skylar in Appliances did an amazing job helping us when we couldn't find anyone else.

We will never purchase from Lowes again. Delayed delivery and never a straight answer after six phone calls and two in store visits. We purchased a washer and dryer on Tuesday. Delivery was scheduled for 12-4 on Saturday with a phone call to let us know a more narrow window of delivery. At 3:45 we still had not received any communication and we were told the truck must be running late. At 5:30 we were told it had been scheduled for delivery but was not taken out on a truck. At 6:30 a service manager called us back to say it had been scheduled on a truck that does not run on weekends and it would be set for emergency delivery Sunday morning, first delivery, 8am. On Sunday, still no delivery or contact by noon because apparently the emergency delivery was set for the afternoon. It is now nearly 5pm and we still haven't received a phone call or a delivery. No one seems to know what's going on and the service managers just say "we don't know what happened, sorry."
