Rudest staff and sales department in the business. Came to exchange 4 pressure washing hoses that were purchased barely over 30 days ago that busted for no reason. I have been doing commercial pressure washing in Lubbock for over 8 years and have never had hoses break near this quick. The technician- Scott was very accusing and Irate nearly yelling- he must have been on drugs. The manager never apologized. When the sales guy brought me the hoses he threw them on the counter and said "see ya". No one deserves to be treated like this. They will not work with you. Definitely do not buy equipment here. Under trained, inexperienced technical support and staff all around. If your needing pressure washing supply's do not shop here. Call ace spray equipment in Lubbock tx.
