If you need straight edge board cuts, they can cut the board for free, with a near factory edge quality. The credit card gives at 5% discount immediately, without needing to be reimbursed for it.

We recently bought a home in Rock Hill and have had numerous projects. We go to this Lowes about once a week. Their customer service is great. We have had associates looking everywhere for particular items we saw on the website and they have always been very helpful and gracious. It is definitely our go-to for home improvement projects!!

Worst customer service experience ever!!! I have always shopped at Lowe's for all of my home repair needs/appliances/paint/etc. However, after my latest experience, I don't see myself ever doing business with them again. I purchased a washer and dryer last Monday to be delivered this past Saturday morning. I was told nothing about any items not being available. I received 2 calls during the week from an actual representative confirming the delivery and giving me a 4 hour window and was told that the night before I would receive a 2 hour window. Friday night and Saturday morning I received the same automated call that my window was from 9:30-11:30. We sat around waiting and waiting. Finally around 11:45, I called the delivery service number to check the status. The guy said "Oh yes ma'am, those items are actually on back order." How in the hell I received FOUR phone calls stating my items were going to be delivered when they didn't even have them in stock is beyond me!! The guy wasn't apologetic at all. He then went on the tell me he couldn't even give me a time frame of when those items would be in. I cancelled the order and demanded a full refund and told him I will go to Home Depot. The service in the store is actually pretty good, but their delivery service and the whole process is worthless!
