I had a easy and fun time starting new service. Mahogany and Dominice were a pleasure to be with. They even went out of their way and went to another location for a phone for my second line. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and I can truly say these ladies made a long lasting impression! Keep up the great job ladies and gentlemen!!

My five star experience went south. We had a great experience purchasing our phones, and our plans. I dealt with AJ and Mahagony. Anyway... I had bought a phone case for my wife, which she didn't like and didn't even take it out of the package. I bought it this past Saturday. I work three jobs and hadn't had the chance to return it until Wednesday. Not knowing that there was a three day return policy. I explained to the lady who helped me out with my plans and all that I had to work and wasn't able to be there during normal business hours until Wednesday. Also she acted like she didn't even recognize me. I understand that they deal with a lot of people every day, but we spent the better part of an hour in there. Anyway she didn't care about my situation and I left the store... Not caring was just wrong... So I am stuck with a case I don't want...

Had such an amazing experience here.  Never thought I'd enjoy shopping in a phone store but they exceeded my expectations. So glad I switched to Sprint while I was visiting Rock Hill!
