Good location, not as good facilities - closing this year, so that explains a lot

I've been full timing for the last six months and this is my 31st state so I've been in a lot of campgrounds both public and private. This is the worst camp ground I've been in yet. It's mostly full timers in trailers. The park is run down and they pack you in like sardines. As soon as I saw the two options I had for spots I immediately asked for a refund and left. Stay in one for the private or even better one of the public parks to the south of the city. I stayed in Lebanon Hills Park RV campground and it was cheaper and incredibly beautiful.

We stayed there for 2 months. Wasn't the greatest, but the owners were nice.  Disappointed to see it is closing in the Spring, as it was close to many things we enjoy.

Good management. Great location downtown in a neat community. No WiFi. He tucks them in everywhere and had me on a decent spot with 50 amp. But the water came from a set of hoses and splitters from across the street which made pressure low. I just filed up and used my water pump. Did a bunch of touring on bike from there.
