...yet another reason we are so happy to be living in this community... With concern for the traffic on our road and our son with special needs, we approached the owner and asked about the possibility of adding more signs - specifically describing our situation. We even offered to purchase a sign ourselves. Our request was met with support, kindness, and understanding. The owner refused to allow us purchase a sign, and instead has purchased them himself. Today I saw that the first 'Autistic Child' street sign has been installed. We are so grateful for such a quick response, and to that the safety and wellbeing of our children is important to the park management. Our neighbors are wonderful, and the park is so well maintained. The maintenance crew and office staff are awesome to work with and have treated anything we have spoken with them about with a sense of urgency that we definitely are not accustomed to. Communication is easy and answers are readily available. Overall, we are delighted that we chose to become part of this community! I have no doubt that we wouldn't have been nearly as happy anywhere else.

Place is run like a dictatorship don't like it move only they won't let you sell your house. Employees are worthless and grow marijuana in what is referred to as the gardens there. Booger,hooter,cooter not sure of name One of those tho will try to strong arm you tell you what to do then write you up every other day until he is happy. Jan is useless don't trust her or Matt the owner either. Once you are in its hard to get out with your money. Don't do it!

The other reviewers said it, if you want privacy don't move here. You can't sit on your deck without weird neighbors staring at you in your face through their windows. It's really creepy. People will watch as you bring in your groceries. No joke. The maintenance guys drive around and patrol the place instead of working in the summer.

It's a nice-looking Mobile Home Park. But if you like your privacy and people not to spy on you then please do not move in. They have people living in all areas of the park that will keep eyes on other people so they know what people are doing in the park. And that is just really wrong we moved out 3 years later. Bad news
