Customer service is no help at all. It takes them 3 days to simply fax something to someone. I got charged $350 one month and was 70¢ off when I paid it and NO ONE CALLED ME EVEN THOUGH EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM THEY HAVE YOUR CURRENT AND UP TO DATE PHONE NUMBER. IN STEAD OF CALLING ME AND NOTIFYING ME THAT I WAS 70¢ OFF THEY (IF I PAID $350 DONT YOU THINK I WOULD OF PAID THE 70¢) TURNED OFF MY ELETRICTY AND BILLED ME 70¢ AND $150.
