Have been going to LS Nails for awhile now for my french-tip manicures and have always enjoyed awesome service. Had to return once a couple days later because one of my nails chipped, they fixed it happily and charged me nothing!! Trusting them to take care of my elderly friend's pedicures as I am giving her a gift certificate for Christmas.

Sometimes they do a great job and sometimes just ok but I always tip anyway since I believe places that accept tips count on them however, I just wish they would not talk constantly to each other.  I just want some quiet time for myself when I go there.  There is a lady who sings quietly sometimes when there is no one there and THAT I love. Her voice is beautiful and peaceful.

Very irritating!  The 1st time we went there they put the tips on my daughter and her Friends SKIN instead of their Nails! Made them take em off and redo them! Wnd time for Homecoming they charged me different and wont punch my card because i got a design on my nails and  because they gave a my daughter and her friend  3$ off their nails because of homecoming. What a Joke! NO WHERE ON THE PUNCH CARD DOES IT HAVE ANY STIPULATIONS!  IT SAYS ONE PUNCH PER VISIT!!! MAYBE YOU SHOULD STATE THAT ON YOUR CARD!

My wife and I went in there for french tips they're very rude right off the bat. We'll give him the benefit of the doubt because there might be a language barrier. But Noah continued horrible service they don't care about customer service they just want your money. Along with the other reviews about poor quality I could see that with their poor customer service. I would ever give anybody my money that does not care to at least give a little bit to respect their clients. If I did that with my business I would not have anything. I am surprised that they're still in business. We ended up leaving before we were even helped
