Oh My God.... Just Shoot Me!!! It would have been better than what happened to me at this salon!!!! Not Just One, But Two of the Stylists here Destroyed My Hair...I Mean KILLED It!!! First I go in for a hair cut, going to go from long hair to a cute short a line Bob with Curl! I had KRISTIN Do my hair. The cut was totally wrong and she BUTCHERED MY HAIR!!! It was way too short, nothing like the picture I showed her, it was uneven, looked like I stuck a bowl on my head and tried to cut it myself!!! Then when I confronted her about it she tried to blame it on me!!! EXCUSE ME???!!!! I DON'T THINK SO!!!! So then LESLIE at this same salon says she will perm my hair (cause I wanted it curly like my picture) and fix my cut for me. I agreed to that. So I go see Leslie a few days later. I show her my picture. She looks at my hair in disbelief that KRISTIN did what she did to my hair! She starts fixing it and realized it needed a whole New cut. She asks me if I want my curl as big as the ones in the picture I showed her and I said yes. So she starts my perm. I've had perms many times in my life... No problem! Now my appt was at 4:00 and we're in the middle of this appt and she says she has to leave by 6 to pick up her granddaughter from daycare. Ok. So I sit through the perm process. She has me come to the sink to rinse off. She rinsed my hair. It was about 5:40 at this time. She put the nutrilizer on my hair. And then rinsed my hair. My husband comes in. He was picking me up. She walks me back to her chair and I saw my hair. I about DIED!!! I HAD AN ALL OUT AFRO!!!!! HAIR TO MY JAW BONE THAT LOOKED LIKE MICHAEL JACKSON AFTER THE PEPSI COMMERCIAL!!!! Then Leslie says let's dry your bangs and smooth them a little. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Sizzle SIZZLE!!! Went my hair!!! I paid $98 to cry my hair, on top of the $30 for the original haircut. So I go home Totally Distraught- I have a 50th wedding anniversary Next weekend, My Daughter's Graduation June 13, and my oldest daughter's wedding August 19!!!! So this morning I'm taking to my mom and calling to find someone to help me fix this Mess Somehow!!!! Finally got help.... Not only was my hair FRIED AND THE CURL ALL WRONG, MY SCALP IS BURNED, MY EAR IS BURNED AND BLISTERED, MY HAIR IS ACTUALLY BURNED!!!! I found out the perm solution was still in my hair and trapped in there by the neutralizer and so was Still Trying To process, therefore burning my hair away!!! My wonderful hair Angel had to remove the perm from my hair, did a deep keratin conditioning treatment on my hair and we still had to cut my hair into a Pixie Cut!!! Which is SUPER SUPER SUPER SHORT!!!!! AND I STILL HAVE DEAD HAIR!!!! until this is all cut out my hair is still Fried!!! So THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! 91 SALON!!!!!!! DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO CALL THE OWNER OR MANAGER CAUSE JESSICA DOESN'T BOTHER TO CALL YOU BACK!!!! ****MY RECOMMENDATION..... DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY HAIR SERVICE IF YOU STILL WANT HAIR****
