Lube Alley is an affordable and professional business to service your vehicle. They enforce great customer service and let you know recommended services for your vehicle. The average vehicle service is around 20 minutes, although if you're vehicle needs a lot of work and you give them permission to handle it all for you, they will need an extended deadline. Their goal here is not fine print. They plan to create a friendly environment for their customers while maintaining an efficient workflow and I feel they are exceeding average expectations for a lube shop. I highly recommend you visit this business for you next vehicle service.

I used Lube Alley in Bozeman when I lived there years ago. Now that there is one in Butte, I decided to check it out. I was not disappointed! Tim went above and beyond from the moment I pulled in to the lot. He met me at my car and made sure that not only was my oil change complete, but that other maintenance needed was brought to my attention. He didn't just suggest things, he explained and showed me on my vehicle the reasons why he was suggesting the maintenance. I was so impressed I had my daughter's vehicle immediately brought in. His team (both Levi's) and him found a leak and when I wasn't fully comprehending everything, they had patience in re-explaining it to my brother. Alexa was so sweet and kind and very attentive. The checkout process with her was seamless! This team in Butte is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I felt so comfortable asking questions. Great job! I have already told 3 other people about what a great experience I had. We will most definitely be back again!

Couldn't be more pleased took my car in and saw Alexa for a mini detail. The customer service was amazing as well as the inside of my car looks and smells amazing. Thank you so much to all of the team at Lube Alley for always doing such a great job.

This is my favorite car wash since they prewash your entire vehicle by hand and then run through the automatic carwash but at the end there is someone or sometimes two people that hand dry your vehicle. They even open all the doors and wipe the edges of the doors off! This most recent visit was less than what I am used to. A new gal was quite energetic but when she dried the windows they were so smeared that I had to stop at a gas station to clean them. I was also disappointed that she didn't wipe the inside of the doors which I consider that "special touch" that keeps me coming back. I will most likely go back since this is the first and only time I was disappointed with my wash. This one poor visit caused by a new gal made me rate them a four star instead of the five they really should deserve.
