My experience was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us. They searched and found the model, color, engine size we wanted. They responded to our call and answered any of our concerns. We would recommend others to use this dealership!

Service department is second to none.  I regret not buying my car here but am happy I get service here.  Consummate professionals. Bring your car here.  You will not be disappointed in the service you receive.

These guys deserve every bit of business that they get. My engine threw a piston outside of town and these guys called me back the next day with a detailed diagnosis and price estimate. When I told them I needed to think about it, the service rep Dan gave me his personal cell phone number for me to contact him over the weekend. Finally, when I decided I couldn't afford the service, he and two techs volunteered to help push my car on the trailer. I'm amazed and surprised at the level of customer service. It was above and beyond for anywhere, let alone in Butte. If I buy another Subaru I'm making the trip from Bozeman for service.

I have had an amazing experience with Butte Subaru. Fantastic communication and honesty. If you are in Montana and thinking Subaru, I highly recommend them over both the Missoula & Bozeman Subaru.

We are on a cross-country trip in our Subaru Outback, and our brakes began to fail while driving through the mountains. We had a horrible shimmy whenever we applied the brakes on the downhill trek. I drove into Subaru of Butte early afternoon on a Friday. They fit me in right away, diagnosed the problem, and had the brakes fixed by the end of the day. They even dropped me off and picked me up from our hotel so I would not have to wait in the dealership. The service was brilliant, and reasonable in cost (love the “no sales tax”). We can now complete our trip in safety. We live in Michigan but may buy our next Subaru in Butte.
