1st time was great, 2nd time... I sent my plate back. The lamb chop I ordered was served on a bed of risotto with gravy and vegetables, but unfortunately it was ALL mush. Nothing tasted fresh, and the center of the lamb chop was a lot warmer than the outside... left me wondering if the plate was microwaved. The food didn’t match the ambiance and wonderful service.

Food excellent. Saturday lunch specials we're great. Sauces outstanding. Wonderful deserts. Had tiramisu and it was the best I ever had. Huge portion was great to share. Great place to celebrate a special occasion too. Great ambiance.

Been in a few times. Very overrated. The entire place is illuminated just over pitch black. This time we had a rehearsal dinner. It took 2 hours to get through the 4 course meal...and we took the dessert to go due to the time. It felt like we were being delayed just to make us hit the bar more. And the servers/bartenders gave off an uninterested vibe. Casual. And a bit confrontational when asking for little ice in the already small glasses. To top it all, for some reason temperature control was a bridge too far for these people. Got there: 80deg. Say something. The A/C is turned on: 60deg. Say something. Right back up to 80deg. The whole party was a mix of guests adding and shedding coats. The food is italian, but nothing special. Scampi was a bland imitation. Plating of all food was lacking. For such an esteemed place, there is zero plate appeal or signature flavors. This is not to say the food was not good. But just standard.

Great service from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Delicious Italian food. Large portions. Pricey but you get what you pay for. They make you feel like family.

This was our first experience with Luciano's since moving to the area about six months ago and wow we were impressed! First off I have to mention that six adults and two kids showed up having forgotten to make a reservation on a Friday night so would've totally understood if they couldn't accommodate us. But they did! The Maitre D' somehow found a way to fit us into a fully booked dining area. On top of that the owner stopped by our table numerous times to chat and see how things were going and our waiter Dylan was awesome as well. And all this before even trying the food! We had an assortment of menu items including the calamari and tomato and mozzarella for appetizers. I then had the special Cioppino over pasta, my wife had the bolognese, and brother-in-law had an assortment of raw fish and steak which were all just out of this world. Pair with that the great wine and drink selection and the incredible ambiance and we will definitely be back very soon! Thank you for making the experience so great on such a short notice. It was greatly appreciated and my parents who were visiting from out of town are still talking about it.
