I'm a guy with zero sense when it comes to buying jewelry for my gal. Luckily for me, Lucido of Birmingham was there to help. They were my first stop when I started looking at engagement rings simply because they were close to my office, but after my experience with them I'd gladly drive out of my way to go back in the future. They helped me fine tune what I was looking for during that first stop in by showing me a wide selection of engagement rings without pressuring me to buy at all. This is something I can't say about the other jewelry shops I visited while searching for an engagement ring. Those "other places" which shall remain nameless pushed me to buy from the moment I stepped into the store. So after doing my research at a variety of shops, I ended up going back to Lucido because of their great selection of beautiful jewelry, willingness to work with me on the price, and their overall helpful, friendly customer service. Lucido is a prime example of how great customer service goes a long way in building loyal customers. I was so pleased by that initial experience that I've gone back to them on multiple occasions for other items and we even bought our wedding bands there!

One of the best customer experiences in my life! They really have a genuine care for their customers and it shows. Not to mention the best selection of brands and fine jewelry. It's my "goto" place for now on.

I’ve been a customer of other jewlery stores in the area. However I will never go anywhere else. Lucido jewelers has earned my business for a long time. They are honest, caring, and are committed to building a relationship rather than selling one piece of jewelry and never seeing you again. I’ve never had that great of an experience at a jewelry store. If you’re in the market for anything from a diamond to a Watch. Give them a try and you’ll see first hand how amazing of an experience I had.
