Product availability is high. It’s almost impossible to get a quick response to pay for your purchase by almost anyone at the jewelry or watch section on the 1st floor. I am not exaggerating when I say that I had to request about 3 ladies at the counters to pay for a gift card. Each one had a unique excuse, one dint have access one was just not really interested in billing the customer before me n the other was just too distracted. Disappointing experience especially when I was in a rush. That store is probably meant for leisure buy ONLY. Staff needs to be more active and lively on the floor

Retail fail. The reason you shop retail is to easily find items and get help. Not here. Don't blame amazon they should shop their own stores and see how bad it is. Package pickup has NOT been thought through.

Saw the item on sale at Macys. Com. But it was not on sale in the store. The sales person offered to help while I was browsing merchandise and did the price match. She was polite and efficient. Very good shopping experience.

Big shout out to Theresa Dickow. Really impressed by her dedication and passion to help a customer. I was in the store to buy 5 identical suits for my Groomsmen, she made sure that I got the best deal while ensuring everyone got their correct fitting size. Three of the groomsmen are out of state and she also shipped the suits to them for free. Great service. She is a keeper!

Practically impossible to get any help at the store, waited for an hour trying to contact any department possible. Not a single answer.
