I feel like this being the ONLY public pool in 29 they should staff it and have it opened all year round. The desert is hot all the time, and even the winters are still warm. I feel that more people would enjoy 29 palms more if they had pool to lay around or swim for more parts of the year!

Went to go to the pool today and we get there to find out that they're only open on weekends starting on Memorial Day weekend...until June 11th, then they're open for regular business hours. Should probably put up a sign clarifying that when it does say...OPEN STARTING MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.

Nice pool gets crowed sometimes but also a great park

Lane use is improperly managed at this pool. It is extremely frustrating, when nearly every public pool in California has rules of etiquette for lane use, the guards and managers of THIS pool leave the public to thrash it out for themselves with rec swimmers in the lap lanes, etc. Recommend the people at Luckie Park check out the websites of other public pools and organize pool use accordingly.  Public disagreements on lane use can be avoided by effective policies.
