Anytime we are in there, they are understaffed or not very helpful. The quality of the products is low and quite often, they just don't have items. They pretty much have a non-existent meat department and really cater to the pure basics and nothing more. We liken them to a generic Safeway.  An area known for its food and fresh items, Lucky really does not even try. I'd rather go to the discount Mexican marts as they are better stocked.

I usually go to Safeway as it's closer to where I live but I decided to try Lucky as I didn't want to fight the 5PM crowd. I was pleased that this store was less busy and had everything I needed. Seems like they have one of the better meat departments in terms of the variety they offer. I've never seen so many different flavors and brands of brats and sausages. The staff was a little quirky that checked me out but she was friendly enough and got the job done.

This grocery store is conveniently located off of the freeway. Some things are easy to find but some things are so I difficult to find, I've given up and gone elsewhere. I seldomly shop here but I stop in sometimes since it's close to where I work. During each of my visits the store seems to be the same, not very crowded. Finding someone to help is can be hit or miss. The decor is reminiscent of the early 90s.

This is my go to grocery store.  They have a great selection and the people are great.  Always friendly and helpful.
