Great service and nice folks.

It had been about 3 years since I had gone to Lucky Nails, I use to go twice a month and LOVED Ruby and my nail tech Alex. However apparently Ruby has opened a new location somewhere else and Alex is gone. The new staff was nice but the level of service was not the same at all. They close at 7:15pm and i showed up a little before 6pm. Most of the time the staff whinned and complained about wanting to leave.  They did an OK job on my acrylic set and pedicure. Both were done at the same time which I wasn't super happy about but I'm assuming they wanted it done that way so they could hurry up and close.  I don't think it was terribly over priced, $60 for a full set, pedicure and to paint my daughters nails and toes. What does bother me is that the charge if you use a debit/credit card. I'm sorry but that is a cost that the company should be absorbing. Not to mention in an industry that expects a tip all that charge does is turn a customer off to tipping for a job well done. All in all if you are fine with  a basic job that isn't terribly expensive than you'll be satisfied. I won't return because I know I can pay the same or a little more and have a much better experience.

Worst mistake! She glued EVERY lash together from skin to tip! As my lashes were growing it was pulling my skin. I had thick glue all the way across. Nasty, hard, thick, stuff FANS ON MY LIDS!!!! Since it was on my skin and the lashes were not separated..... They RIPPED MY REAL LASHES OUT!
