Lucy's is such a great place for burgers and fries. All the burgers are stuffed burgers. They have many to choose from or you can make up your own. I am a professional and quite often have lunch before or after meetings with vendors. Once a vendor visits Lucy's with me, they never want to go anywhere else. As a matter of fact, several vendors will bring their colleagues the next time they come. Sounds funny but they really are that good. The only thing that would be better with this food is a beer, which they have plenty of choices, but I never can because I am always working while I am there. The only (small) complaint I would have about this place is the seating. There is not many tables and people are standing in a small space while waiting. I don't recommend sitting by a window either in the winter. They are cold! The food is definitely worth the wait though!

Lucy's does a pretty interesting take on cheeseburgers. They stuff their burgers with different ingredients and the flavor combinations are pretty creative. I wouldn't call these burgers bland. Lucy's also offers up three burgers a month that aren't on the permanent menu, I do suggest trying those if you are feeling especially adventurous.

Dinner time on the weekends are pretty busy, be ready to wait a little while. Turn around time on tables is pretty quick and service seems to be hit or miss. Soda tends to be on the syrupy side!

This is a really fun place. Gourmet burgers of every shape and size. S huge collection of local Wisconsin beers. Sweet potato fries are to die for. Really fast and friendly service. Great old building nicely renovated with a bit of retro flair. We love visiting when we're up meeting our kid at Beloit College.

We were just driving through and stopped in Beloit for the night. Lucy's was a real find! Excellent food, service and atmosphere. They have embraced the historic, retro feel of the building and yet gave it a modern feel. I had probably the best vegetarian burger I have ever had, black bean with roasted vegetables and cheese and the sweet potato fries crispy on the outside, soft inside. Started with cheese curds which were light and yummy. Friends raved about their specialty burgers. Reasonable prices. What more could you ask? Awesome!

Terrible service. Took an hour and a half for burgers and fries. Did not get refills for 45 minutes on any drinks. Burgers were not good. Way overdone. Fries were flavorless, soggy that simply were not good. Thoroughly review the check for double charges too! Wish we could give no or negative stars.
