Used to be such a good place to eat service and quality have gone down all the way down got a chicken salad no chicken and I was the only one in the restaurant

Got pulled because they were down hash browns, I asked if I could have a side cup of breakfast sauce...the lady presenting replied with “Next time you need to ask for that while ordering so I won’t have to yell it back..” When they did bring out my food, of course there was no breakfast sauce. Also asked for light ice in my iced coffee and the cup was filled with ice. Very bad customer service and order taking skills need to be improved.

When I was a kid I thought McDonald's was like a world of lost wonders. No one really minded anything. The playground was a place of lost wonders. I still to this day go to the place and smile when I can see the slide I slide down before😊

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've never seen such poor service. Employees telling customers they aren't going to help them?! Extreme wait times to receive food that was made and waiting to be bagged. Thankfully I don't live in Wisconsin, this is the only time I've had to go there {went for the szechuan sauce} and I'll never go back.  Can't believe McDonald's would let a restaurant be run so poorly.
