The Lucky Club Casino is a 95-room hotel and casino with a sports book and restaurant, conveniently located 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and downtown Las Vegas.

Lucky Club Casino offers guests a 16,000-square-foot casino with more than 400 slot machines and a variety of table games. The on-site sports Book features five 42-inch televisions for sports enthusiasts to keep up with all the live action.

The hotel at Lucky Club features 95 rooms with a Southwest décor. Rooms feature TVs, two chairs and a desk. The hotel also features a pool, which is open seasonally.

Can't believe I"m giving this a 2 star rating.  Why?  Because if you want a steak and lobster for a good value of $9.99 , it's worth it.  If you want to hang out in a Bar with a Raiders' theme.. you found the right place.  The staff were attentive and nice to me.   Now..  why don't I give it 5 stars?  Or .. why am I dragging my feet giving it 2?  Well.. lets be honest.  From my perspective, there are a lot of .....lets say .. non desirableness ...hanging around the outside.  The casino floor looked like something out of a wrong part of town movie. The parking lot was littered with beer bottles.  However, if you live in this neighborhood, I can see why you'd frequent Lucy's bar and grill .. I would . Hell, I was tempted to play some of the $1 table blackjack in the casino but was running low on time.   This place reminds me of a lot of places I frequented back in the 80s , during my military days, in Vegas.  Maybe that's why I'm writing this.. giving it 2 stars.   Oh ... one note.   I got the Steak and Lobster for $9.99 and ordered an extra tail.  They failed to mention the extra cost, and I failed to ask.  I expected it to be between 3 and 5 bucks.  No.. it was 6.99.  So now, I'm got two SMALL tails , and basic piece of meat ...  for .. $17 bux..   You'd be better off ordering two meals?

I come to Lucy's all the time and I always order the same thing. I've never had any problems before. I came on 9/3/17 and ordered a steak & lobster to go (which is now $13.99) with an extra lobster tail. I asked for my steak to be medium along with a loaded baked potato (bacon, cheese, sour cream etc). I got home and my steak was WELL done and the potato had nothing on it but sour cream. There's many things that I'm upset with when it comes to this situation. The first is I drove 30 mins to get to this location for my food. I paid almost $25 for the whole thing. I called in immediately and spoke to someone regarding the issue and they told me just to come back with my receipt and I'd be taken care of. I drove another 30 minutes the next day back to Lucky Club and waited a little over 30 minutes to speak with a manager. I spoke with Nick who only opted to fix the steak & potato instead of remaking everything I paid for. His response was "well the only thing that was messed up was the steak and the potato, so I can't give you a whole other plate for free. Being the fact that I drove 30 minutes, paid extra for my food to, then got home and it was wrong "free" shouldn't even have been an issue. That's not how you run a restaurant when a customer is done wrong. Not to mention the 30+ minutes I was waiting for speak with a manager 5 other customers orders were wrong including an elderly man that had to walk all the way back from his car because he asked for something extra and didn't get it.  It shouldn't make a difference whether or not I brought the food back because it would've been thrown away anyway. Had I been told that when I called in that I needed to bring the whole plate I would have.

I called to order to go and they said you CANNOT order to go unless you need room service. Since when can you not make a to go order over the phone. I had 6 orders to place and live across the street. Ridiculous. I don't know if it's truthful considering other reviews stated they made a to go order. Called 9/13/2017

Just got back from there i went for Valentine's  never received my silverware even after we got our food had to go and wait at the desk to ask for it but by that time i was already fed up so just asked for to go boxes  food looked amazing to bad i didn't get to eat it fresh  but service sucks ass and the floor was a mess really nasty napkins everywhere and big pieces of food everywhere i had my waiter switched and never was approached by him his name was Chris i do not recommend this place... and ps when i received my food they still got my order wrong..

By far the BEST steak & lobster EVER. They always make it the way i prefer and the lobster is WAY btr than from red lobster and way cheaper
