Hated the food, the experience and the service. I called to complain and after 2 weeks, still no response. $30 waste if you ask me!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!

Went in early to eat hoping to enjoy myself before our movie started at 10. We got there at 8:30 so we didn't have to rush. The tables came in after us and was greeted be for us. Took 7 mins to be greeted. The tables that came in way after us were greeted faster, got bread faster and had Better Customer service. They also had their apps out before us when ours took  30 mins for our appetizer to come out- which we had a shrimp cocktail... which I can't wrap my head around 30 mins for that but okay. Our food still wasn't out by the hour mark but all the other tables had their entree out. We weren't even acknowledged the whole time we were there. The other tables were told their food was coming right out when they just got there.. I feel like our server was discriminating because we were younger and he thought we weren't gonna tip him I don't know but that's sure how it felt. I am so disappointed. I left 14 on the table for the app and drinks and left and when to get fast food because at this point we had 10 mins to eat before the movie- which we didn't want to rush in the first place but ended up having to do. I work in the restaurant business and if he actually have me good customer service I wouldn't have been as upset but this was terrible. I'm just mad I didn't get the servers name to call and complain.

Unfortunately I can not comment on the actual food since I was unable to get past the soup, which came to us in two different size bowls, due to the poor customer service given by our server Laura.  Where do I start....it took her over fifteen minutes from the time we sat at the bar for her to even offer us something to drink , and when she did bring us our difficult order - two glasses of water - she quickly asked if we were ready to order.  She did not ask us if we wanted to order appetizers or even mention soup or salad to start.  Our bread rolls with cold butter were not even brought to us until we got our soups, which again we had to inquire about on our own after giving her our main order.  When the soups were brought to us in two different size bowls instead of her saying something like 'Even though I gave you guys a bigger bowl for one of your soups your tab will show two small bowls of clam chowder'  Laura opted to  try and  convince us  that the same amount of soup was in both bowls.  C'mon Laura did we really look as slow as you?  We would have looked past all this and her not knowing how to turn the t.v. on (Football Sunday would just have to be recapped on later at Sportsbook) but we drew the line at her allowing our food to sit under the lamp for almost TEN MINUTES !!- actual time was 9min 47sec. yes we timed it.  For that whole time we watched as other servers, the cooks, and even the  busser walked past our food while looking at it.  She too walked by our plates under the lamps a few times before she actually "noticed" - or more like bothered to check on.  It seems Laura was preoccupied with the customers two seats over from us who had to mention that the bar needed to be cleaned up so that they may sit to eat and get their glasses of water.  It was while getting their water, in which she sat down and most likely forgot about just as she did us , she then attempted to bring us our food at that point we had to tell her to not even bother setting it in front of us because we watched it sit under the lamp for so long.  As hungry as we were, we were willing to wait for our order to be put through again but she did not give us a chance because her poor customer service attitude was a take it or leave it one.  So we had no choice but to ask for our bill for the soup and water and leave.  All I can say is Laura you gave the Oysterbar at the Texas Station Casino and what looked  like a delicious meal a very bad taste in our mouths.  You should really consider a change of careers service industry is not for you Laura!!!!
