I was looking for a special single barrel bourbon, which was not available in my neighborhood stores.  I found three available on the Ludwig's website so I ordered one.  Currently I am waiting for the delivery of this item and will update my overall experience with this vendor upon completion of the transaction.

Worst customer service ever. They promised to send a gift for a friend in 5 business day and eventually took more that 8 days!!! Initially they took the transaction as fraud and they could not even send an email or make a call to confirm it. Everything was paid via Paypal but their lack of help made the gift come out of time. Terrible service.
