Really slow service and the place wasn't busy. Food was good but again it was slow coming out.

The food here is absolutely OUTSTANDING -- here are the reasons for my three star rating... A) the restaurant smelled "old" and looked extremely outdated.  The bathrooms were disgusting and there were leaks coming from the ceiling. There were wet floor signs in the middle of the restaurant with buckets catching the leaks from the roof.  Very tacky. B) The gentleman who was running the front register was extremely rude and never smiled. I watched him as he talked with several people including servers, cooks, ppl on the phone and take out orders and he was very dry, to the point and lacked in customer service skills. Other than that, the food alone COULD have gotten five stars from me!

If you know what good food is then you wont like this place. No love put in to the food. I should have stayed home and had a microwave dinner. It would have been better than food from Luigis. Very unfriendly man at counter. Overall this place is a huge FLOP.

Great place for Italian I have never had bad food.or service here. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!!
