I wish I could put no stars. I called to get prices about pizza and the lady on the phone was VERY rude. I nicely told her never mind but thank you for letting me know and she just hung up on me. They may have good food but their staff is pretty crappy! I won't be ordering from them again.

Wish i could give neg 5 stars. Lady was so rude when i called. Then called a hour later they taking about they just left and the guy was rude as well never again will i order from here.

I understand that there are prank callers who order food and never pick it but to deny service to a customer because of an unavailable number is dumb.  I spoke with a woman who told me to call back when my number was unblocked and I informed her that my number shouldn't be blocked. I then informed her that I am traveling back into town and I really wanted my food to be ready for pick up. I even offered to give her my number so she could verify it and she refused. She stated that her manager was very strict about not accepting orders from blocked numbers. I can understand that but if someone is offering you their number and saying you call me right back to verify it, how hard is it to see that this is a legit customer. Needless to say, I hung up and called another Pizzeria with no problem. Luigi's needs to work on their customer service. It's not like they're  saving lives or anything. They're  a pizza place that's a dime a dozen. For this experience, they get a 1 rating from me.
