This taco bell in particular can never seem to get my order right. I live in town and out is the only place open after 1am. If I get a late night craving I usually head there out of lack of options- not choice. There has never been a time (when ordering for 2 or more people) that I get everything I order. Also, this restaurant is usually out of something necessary. I have come for take out to find them out of sauces, colas, frozen drinks, and even lettuce.

Waited 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me, continued their conversation for 2 more minutes, the girl standing in the drive thru window was busy texting on her phone, it was ridiculous. Once my order was taken, I went to get my drink and the machine needed 3 sodas filled and the girl in the drive thru was rude when I asked if she could fill my cup. Finally I get my order and it was wrong as usual. No cheese or sour cream in my burrito supreme....bad service.....

This Taco Bell is busy at all hours of the night. Its convenient yeah, but at night they're severely understaffed and waiting 20 minutes or longer for fast food is less than ideal. I feel that the foods quality suffers because of it.

Nothing is ever made right and orders are constantly forgotten. Every other time we don't even get all the items listed on our receipt and have to go back. Sometimes it was never even added to our receipt. The portions are tiny, ingredients are often left out or to much of one is added. Who ever runs this place needs to be replaced and the workers fired. But it won't happen, why, shitbula thats why.

Manager was awseome and training his staff to be better and was best service ever had at a taco bell
