Diamond in the rough.... and I have stringent standards... I'll describe my experience with him; 1) I wanted to get in touch with a lawyer,, but it was now about 6 o'clock in the evening,,, fat chance you'd think... How amazed was I when I actually got ahold of HIM on my FIRST attempt ... Keep in mind it was actually HIM,,, NOT his secretary NOT his voicemail but HIM... --additionally all the other lawyers returned my messages about 3 o'clock today.. if that tells you anything 2) So I told him about my situation... didn't defer me to have to come in to meet in his office to give me his opinion of my specific situation... important for someone who does not like to have to miss work- listened thoroughly and provided all the feedback to my questions.. IE gave me the peace of mind I needed and was looking for... Then asked and made sure that he had answered all my questions... asked me if there were additional question I had. Did not give a fill in your name generic answer ... still on the phone ... no money yet... no worries... was his goal... truly felt like the man wanted to help me... as I was in a panic at the time!! Gave honest answers too... which is what anyway retaining services needs 3) The man was genuine.... honestly the first I've ever met that I felt was not about getting in my pocket... not saying that others didn't do there best on my case.... but they made sure they got all there money and had to go to their office and then half the time still seemed unavailable except for on court day... remember he answered his own phone in the evening for a non-client and treated me with genuine interest and concern... 4) If your in an area he practices ( Fayette county ) for me personally, do yourself a favor and sit down and talk with him... He will be available and listen... treat you as human being not just a paycheck.. If ever I end up needing a lawyer in the future (knocking on wood) this is the man whose services I will retain !!! 10 out of 10 PS: for the record... I'm a tough critic believe me, I'm not an easy sell , and generally difficult to please... He just happened to be the real deal... blew me away... so I wanted to share with everyone
