No sweet tea. Canned gravy. Eggs you could patch a tire with. Dirty.  Why isn't there a zero star rating?

Descriptive menus with plenty of options for Breakfast and lunch. We had to visit a few times before submitting an honest review. Each visit we felt rushed and/or forgotten. We had to ask repeatedly for refills, condiments  to go boxes etc, although each time was during different times/days of the week. The general atmosphere is trendy and fun but caters mostly to the 65+ age group. Food appears fresh and tasty but for price comparison, I feel the scale tips a little high. Example: iced teas and sodas are priced @ $1.99 each, but if you choose to mix the two, they charge an additional .30.  
Their side items such as coleslaw, potato salad, fruit, cottage cheese etc are an added charge of $1.00 if you choose to substitute the included ruffles type potato chips. Typically this is standard practice and acceptable, but the very small ramekin dish its served in does not compensate the added charge in replacement of the chips. If the side dish was added to the side of the plate, in a bowl or was 2x the portion size then maybe I would be ok with paying extra, but for the portion size per price I feel like entrees are priced accordingly with these as normal sides and not an upcharge. 
Ive been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. LuLu B's is a cute, trendy little diner with good food. If you are passing thru for a quick bite of traditional fare, be sure to check it out. If you think you may want dessert or add anything after you order, make sure to let your server know when you place your order... each of our visits they dropped our check as soon as the order was entered into the computer and before our food was delivered to the table!

Kim was a sweetheart,  they serve a local beer, other beers, and do have outdoor seating. Good food served reasonably quickly.
