There are staff here who ask if they can help with something and when you say yes, sigh loudly, act impatient and give you incorrect sizing info. But then there are staff who are chatty and helpful and use their discretionary effort to make sure you have a good experience. And the location is perfect. And the store is well-stocked. An thoroughly adequate retail experience.

Bad customer service and  staff not friendly. An employee was rude and said a races comment to me !

I used to be one of those people who would scornfully say that they'd rather jump off a cliff than spend $90 on a pair of yoga pants. Well, man plans and God laughs, because this summer I started exercising heavily and all of a sudden all I wanted to do was live in athleisure. And Lululemon, it turns out, makes beautiful clothes. I'd been eyeing this one long-sleeved white top for a while and stopped inside the Marina store today to take a look. The store is spacious and neat and carried what I was looking for. Didn't really interact with any sales associates, which is fine (I much prefer less pushy over too pushy). Tried on the shirt in both a size 2 and 4 and ended up getting it. I think I'm a convert.

Some cool, good quality athleisure fashion. Mostly zombie hippie sales associates.
