My advise take off all jewelry before you come in and hide your purse!!!! I didn't mind this place at the beginning, until this old witch who works there asked me the most personal questions ever. I brought 4 pairs of shoes in and she looked at my designer everything and razed the price. I have never been charges so much there. I told her that I paid the same for much more work and she started asking me what I do for a living and who was that guy coming to the store with me. I told her he was my hubby and she started telling me that he always acts weird and is very quiet. Reminder: NEVER SAW THAT OLD BOLD WOMAN in my life and she asked me all that. When I told her I mainly did social media work, she quickly and very rudely responded: you want nice shoes, pay. She could have said that right away avoiding her offensive attitude!! My advise take off all jewelry before you come in and hide your purse.

Ari did a beautiful job on my old Frye boots. He moisturized, shined and re-heeled my boots and now they look new! So glad I came to Progressive Shoe Shop Thank you Ari!!
