There are too many employees there for the little store. They are constantly bombarding you. An unpleasant shopping experience to say the least.

Company is awful on return policy! Got a gift there and could not exchange it for my true size! Because a week past return policy....and the managers there are also unfriendly. Would not recommend this company. That was my first and last experience. Told my whole yoga class to buy somewhere else!

Store was a mess, staff was not helpful.  Very disappointing.... lulu may want to take a harder look at store appearance, and employees working there.  Paying for high end clothing, high end service should be a given.
