I find the gym to be very well maintained and clean. The heavier set bearded young man in the mornings does An impeccable job of cleaning the machines and vacuuming etc. I have one suggestion and that is that you put the typical rules of etiquette for a gym on the walls. Such as not tying up a machine and alternating with other guests.  Your instructors need to learn that same rule of etiquette. I've actually had them make me wait until they complete three sets with someone there training. And that gives the wrong message to new members.  People for the most part are friendly. I love the gym and thank you for keeping it in such good shape.

Great gym with good selection of machines and weights. Never too busy even during the after work rush. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and keep the gym very clean. Would highly recommend.

Best gym in Rochester! Always feel welcome walking in the doors. Awesome friendly staff that keeps up with cleaning and machine maintenance. I would recommend this gym to anyone! Thanks 19 for everything! Keep up the great work guys!

Great gym.  Great, friendly employee's.  I have been a member since 2009 and have seen several different managers. Justin and Devin are the best by far. They understand customer service and the place is always very clean. There are many different weight machines, free weights and lots of cardio options.
