Rael Davis was amazing! I went in just to look at different style and he knew the exact style I was referring to. I got it set up and am very pleased with the service and quality. The service at this location is outstanding !! Dave has impeccable customer service and knowledge of the ( oh so many ) different types of flooring !! I'm very pleased with soon to be installed new floors :). Working with Dave I didn't feel overwhelmed.  He wasn't pushy or trying to make decisions for me. He  listened and allowed me to describe the look I was going for and gave me every option to go with my budget but still have the beautiful appeal I was looking for. Thanks again Dave for your outstanding customer service..

We shopped around for solid wood flooring (natural red oak, 2 1/4" wide) and decided to go with Lumber Liquidators based on total price installed, the quality of information that we got from Dave Horsey and the installation rep who measured and assessed the job, and reviews from online and friends and family. We were rushed to get everything done before we left on vacation, and Dave went out of his way to make sure that it worked out for us. The installers were superb - friendly, quick, careful and also willing to go the extra mile to quiet some squeaks in a hallway that wasn't part of the job. The finished room is simply delightful -  we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
