I have been coming here weekends and every weekend the customer service here worsens!! All the girl employees have attitudes except one who always kept a smiled face. At the cashier I told the girl to make sure my tuna bagel and tuna crossant be toasted and 15 mins later I get them cold !! The cashier tells the manager and she has a fit about it and sighs heavily !!! I don't know where the owner found these unfriendly group of cuban workers !! Will deffenetly not return here

The food is good, but the reason why! give a 2 star because when the employee come in they clock in put their hair up the guy too touch his nose. Never wash their hand just grab the gloves, he just contaminated the gloves.last time I going their..

I order all the time from the EAT24 APP, Delivery. The bacon, egg and cheese reminds me of home in Long Island, the bagels too. The girl who delivers to us is great. She always has a smile and is right on time. We always order the Philly Cheesesteak for later on in the day, my husband LOVES both this and their cookies. I don't have a bad word to say about this place, we love it. They are on time with delivery, the food is great and the driver is awesome. I had an incident with not answering for an order, which was my mistake and management fixed it with no hesitation and brought me my order very quickly.

Whoever has an issue with their customer service is lying.

How is it EVERY time I order from here something is wrong with my sandwich? I never change my order... I always get Taylor ham and cheese on a toasted plain bagel and always specify no egg...I've gotten my sandwich on a croissant, I've gotten it with extra egg, I've gotten it with no cheese, now today I got it with turkey instead of Taylor ham....?! Turkey and Taylor ham don't even sound the same?! Really? You have to try really hard to mess up someone's order this many times. I only gave 2 stars because my husbands sandwich is always perfect. I'm not picky just would like to get what I ordered and returning the sandwich isn't an option after I'm already home with a 2 yr old...
