I just called to order flowers for one of my friends who is having a rough week, and the lady I spoke to on the phone didn't sound happy to be working at all; very monotone and almost like she was annoyed to be assisting me. Usually when I order flowers, people are helpful and sound happy to help - but that was not the experience I had. I am not from the Cincinnati area - but I will be taking my services elsewhere next time.

Called to get a family flower for my dad's funeral, got to the funeral it was the worse family Flower I have ever seen. It was 160.00 total ridiculous!
