Not satisfied by product per price

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday from Murphy. There were a few issues; first, the colors were off (not too important, but still wanted to point it out; saw one thing thinking that would be it and ended up with something different). Second, I was never told the total price on the phone when the girl took my order (she seemed to be in a hurry and was rather short with me). Thirdly, when the flowers delivered, there was one rose that was already drooping, a day later the rest of the roses were wilting. 
I called and spoke with a manager, whom apologized profusely. In the end I was credited a specific amount back. 
Over-all, it was a good experience. I'd recommend to others, just make sure you are told a total amount when you order and check your flowers upon delivery.

I used Murphy's for my 10/02/2010 wedding and I have to say that my high expectations were exceeded. I worked with Renee for several months, and ended up changing my mind on colors 3 weeks before the wedding. She accomodated my last minute change with no problem whatsoever. Renee is really an artist, and I really liked working with her. In my wedding planning process I met with many people who were obviously very tired of working with brides, and who could not care less if I had a nice wedding or not, but Renee was completely focused on making sure I was happy.  The end result was breathtaking. My floral arrangements were incredible and I could not believe how gorgeous my bouquet was. On my honeymoon in Hawaii I could not get the flowers out of my mind--yes even in Hawaii I was thinking about the flowers.
