This store is cute and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is on the smaller side though and did not have the particular items I was looking for. I wouldn't knock them for it. I would still shop here.

Came in and bought a glue, which didn't hold at all. I hadn't even left the parking lot before trying to return it. I went inside looking for the other brand which of course they didn't have because they're limited to little to nothing in this store. I asked for a refund the lady at the register quickly responds they don't do exchanges or refunds. Lol. Thanks for all the help. Don't go to this beauty supply store. They're over priced and just there to take your money!

Although I had an overall good experience, I rating it a three because: 1) Luxe Beauty Supply has a horrible return/exchange policy;  2) the staff does not ensure new customers are aware of the policy (a sign is posted near the register but the staff makes it a point to distract you doing the purchase by chatting you up and asking about signing up for rewards); and 3) I was given the wrong product, which could not be returned or exchange because of the HORRIBLE return/exchange policy. 

Service: friendly and helpful staff, but . . . 
Selection: Decent
Would I return: NO!!!

ZERO STARS... If I could. I received my order weeks after I had ordered it. When I finally received my order it was not what I wanted (based on what was described in the description). I called to see if I could make an exchange for the braiding hair. Their policy says that braiding hair cannot be returned, it does not say that it cannot be EXCHANGED. The sales attendant would not permit the exchange, even though the policy doesn't specify that braiding hair cannot be exchanged. TERRIBLE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY and call and inquire before purchasing anything. Extremely disappointed.

August 2017 - The store clerk was very helpful and took time to answer my questions.  However, the in-store policies were quite odd!  The store clerk told me that it was against store policy for customers to physically handle any wig product that was on display in the store without assistance.  Later, I asked the store clerk if I could take a picture of a wig product in which I was interested, so that I could recall it upon my return to the store on a different date.  I was immediately told by (whom appeared to be the manager/owner) that "No pictures were allowed to be taken anywhere in the store."  I have never personally heard of such a foolish policy in any public store!  Is this even permitted by law?  Come on now?  Really?  I would like to support black-own businesses, particularly in the area of beauty supplies.  I feel that this store's business policies and practices reflect a suspicion that customers are potential miscreants.  This is very sad and unfortunate!
