I went to this salon and was serviced amongst the most rude and unprofessional group of people ever. The salon owner, Nicole, yelled and demeaned her employees in front of clients. The salon even had roaches crawling on the walls! The salon owner complained verbally that my stylist was taking too long to do my hair. When almost complete, she verbally yelled and whined for me and the stylist to leave. I would definitely not recommend this salon to my worst enemy. NEVER going back, especially when there are dozens of natural hair stylists/salons within a 5 miles radius that do the same exact techniques, yet give a more relaxing and comfortable salon experience. My experience was neither relaxing or comfortable. I've never had an owner of a salon act so unprofessional and "ghetto" in front of clients. My advice is to clean your salon, get better equipment and maybe you will be on the same level as other natural salons in the area.

To: Marquita Chamber You are so funny! you will never get blessing with your lies about what you wrote because I never had any interaction with you, your stylist/friend (Kayla) was the one service you. My you salon is a family friendly environment. I called you a day before your appointment , you stated that you were getting cornrows without style $65 with extension and i i asked you if you are getting style and you said no. You and your friend who did your hair try to rip me off the style you got done was individual Marley Twist over 28 inches which i changed you $120 i was told it was $190 to$250. You got a free shampoo and hair treatment on your dirty mildew hair that your stylist/friend took out your weave out of your hair. Dirt was all over my shampoo bowl that i pay $1500 for for my clients to relax which you almost broken when you came out off, your weave and dirt from your hair around the chair in her room. I did not know that you and your friend plan to rip me off when you made your appointment plus i had to finish my work that night and help stylist (Kayla) which was your friend that you have been going to house for the past 5yrs to get your hair done. Your stylist almost set you up and i finish my job and help her out which i did 55% off. you must of brought the roach in the shop because i have been hair for 5yrs and never saw one and my clients can testify for that. all i can say if you are mad because you try to get over buy paying $65 for your hair then SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY.

Back again and they have something new every time I come in. I came in to get some twists done for a trip and I left with about 2 pounds of soap. I love their products and I love their raw talent. Great community business

Melissa Rose... You are mad because you came in for one service and consult for something else, you where charged for test locs that was done to your hair. when you make your appointment online it gave you a price so whatever you say..... all the negative things that you want to say ,,,,,, because you never gave us your groupon info, you only say you went on there. It was also told to you that Nicole was not able to do your hair. Sometime people want to blame others for there wrong doing and that's what you did. your name you put up here is not even in our system don't be mad follow instructions.

- I been calling the shop for 3weeks now && nobody answer the phone I have questions to ask before I make my appointment w. You guys && if y'all open at 10am why not answer I done emailed you guys n more && seem to get no response from nobody I really need my hair done && imm trying to come to your shop but its hard when you don't have aa live body to talk to . I only rated 2 stars because I been calling && getting irritated please answer the phone me && three other clients will like to get are dreads done ASAP . that's not good business at all && I'm sure you have aa good shop .
