Selling my home was an important part of what needed to be done after making a decision that meant pretty dramatic life-altering changes.  As many of us know, those types of decisions bring peace, but also a time of high stress and anxiety.  Terry and his team have been my breath of fresh air over the last few months.  Terry guided me through the selling process, brought innovative ideas for marketing and checked in almost daily.  Because of his experience and contacts far and wide, Terry had an excellent pool of prospective buyers from the first day we met.  In fact, the first couple Terry brought to my home bought it and I know that they will love it as much as I have.  

The sale has closed and I am happy to report that from the first meeting through giving up possession there were no hurdles to jump and not even any bumps along the way.  My only regret in all of this is that Terry and his team could not be in two cities and could not hold my hand on the other end of change.  In Terry and his team, I leave behind me new friends who are experts at what they do.

In 2011 Terry sold my home on the central coast. I am so grateful for the manner in which the property was marketed to an impressive number of discriminating high-end buyers throughout the country, garnering several respectable offers and culminating in a full price offer. I understand my property sold for the highest price on the central coast during that time period.  

Notwithstanding the complexities of the transaction which also involved two adjacent parcels, Terry  kept everyone and everything on task and in focus. The closing intricacies were deftly handled and it all came off without a hitch.

It's worth noting that although Terry is located in Lake Oswego and the property involved was on the Central Coast, distance and availability were never an issue.  Terry was available for all showings and very responsive to me whenever a question presented itself.

I worked with Terry again after the coastal home sold and he helped me find the right property in Lake Oswego.

I've worked with many Realtors over the years and without a doubt Terry is the best of the best. His integrity, intelligence, compassion, artistry, and energy are truly inspiring.  I can (and do) recommend him without hesitation.
