I'm not too surprised by the previous review despite it's age. I'm still in shock by the rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional behavior of the Asian lady working here. You may have an MBA and 100 years experience selling houses but if your behavior and attitude don't reflect good etiquette and politeness (components of professionalism), I wouldn't pay a penny to work with you. I am completely disgusted by her horrible and snarky attitude and cannot believe anyone would work with this kind of agent. What a shame! As for the rest of the crew, sorry but because of her, you've lost my business and any of my referrals. So much for "preferred".

I called in and identified myself as a very interested cash buyer for a listing that his office had on RMLS for property in Central Oregon, and asked if I could please have directions to the property, as they weren't delineated on the listing. Stan told me  "well pal, you drive three hours east from Portland and then 6 miles before Post, follow the Remax signs, bud." I explained that I valued my time and would need names of roads, at which time he began berating me for requesting information and interrupting his day!!? I said "I'm sorry Stan, but I value my time and am not even asking your office to show me this property, as I realize it's a drive. Can you just give me good directions?" 

He again began the "well listen here pal, it's easy. Drive a half hour outside Prineville and then follow the Remax signs. It's a few miles off the paved road, and you need the gate combo." I again requested that he give me the actual names of the dirt roads, and which way was it out of Prineville? Also, I didn't want to be dependent on the remax signs alone, so that if any of their signs had blown over, I wouldn't be lost. He said directions were on his computer but he didn't want to take the time to pull up the screen (!?!) and it was only "8 or ten miles off the paved road." When I protested, he then asked me if I was "stupid or unable to follow his directional signs, because everyone else found the place with no problem." I told him that I wasn't everyone else, and wasn't driving three hours on a hope and a prayer. At that point, he said "well, I'm not giving you the gate code if you're making me go to all this work, pal!," and slammed the phone in my ear.

I've never taken the time to write an online review before in my life, but I am so flabbergasted by this experience that I simply had to share so that others may stay away from such an awful office!

Needless to say, upon the ringing subsiding in my ear, I dialed another real estate agent to get the information for me from Stan, warning the new agent of Stan's charming personality.
