I've been staying at their Guadalupe properties for almost a month. The management along with the great decor and location make this a great place to stay.

We book a place in Taos not long ago.  Showed up and the place was dirty - no check out clean.  After a number of calls the manager said they could clean it the next day, be patient.  We didn't want to sleep in someone elses dirty bed, so we got a hotel room.  They kept our deposit!  Very rude!

The only thing luxurious was the furniture. Otherwise, the heater didn't work, the shower rod was falling off the wall, the lights worked sometimes, the towels and sheets were so saturated with fabric softener and perfume that we could not sleep, the hot tub needs cleaning, does not have a "gourmet" kitchen, no recycling, refrigerator grinds, and housekeeping and maintenance were unavailable. And, they charge a mandatory $75  cleaning fee in top of the nightly charge - that's just cheating.  Not as advertised - a bad deal really. The worst casita I've stayed in.
